Modern Kitchen With Layered Wood Ceiling Detailing

This completed kitchen showcases a stepped false ceiling detail finished in a mix of warm wood and dark laminate, with recessed downlighting that highlights the geometry of the design overhead. The layered ceiling treatment carries through into the room's structural beams, giving the space real architectural character. Below, crisp white modular cabinetry runs along the full length of the kitchen, housing a built-in oven, chimney, and generous storage, with a dark countertop providing a durable, practical work surface. A stainless steel refrigerator and sink complete a layout built for everyday functionality. Photographed on-site after completion, this kitchen demonstrates how considered ceiling detailing can elevate even a compact, practical kitchen layout into something distinctive.
